Hurricane Michael Relief

Dear Calvary Chapels,

Having just returned from the Panhandle in Florida and seeing all the destruction and devastation caused by Hurricane Michael there, we wanted to share the needs with you to see if any of you would like to get involved. The immediate need is for teams of workers with chainsaws, tarps and a great deal of energy to help to repair roofs and give some added hope to these people.

The stories of the people that we were able to encourage are too numerous for us to tell you, but suffice it to say that you will be SO blessed as you reach out to these people because of their gratitude to you for helping them!

There are a few ways to get involved

Calvary Chapel Panama City Beach, with Pastor Anthony Noble and his wife Desiree. Contact number is 714-904-5377 or desireenoble@calvarypcb.com. Primarily they are in need of teams to serve and deliver food with Mercy Chefs who they have partnered with. Also, chainsaw/tarp teams to help clear disaster.
CC Panama City Beach is offering lodging and meals for teams as well. To find out more go to www.calvarypcb.com

Also, Eastgate Christian Fellowship, a Calvary Chapel ministry where Pastor Rob Woodrum and his wife, Robby, serve. Pastor Rob’s daughter, Janelle, is heading up the organization of the relief efforts. Janelle’s number is 850-319-0941. For more info go to www.eastgatefellowship.net

Please pray for the relief efforts and all the people who will be starting over again. Also, please ask the Lord how He would have you to help.

May the Lord bless you as you consider your involvement to help these people.

In Jesus Love,

Pastor Malcolm
